I joined one of the yahoo groups for trial secretaries to see what kind of issues they are having these days. Turns out that in the AKC, height cards are a big hassle for trial secretaries.

Fast Agility Entry comes to the rescue with Digital Height Cards that are submitted automatically with every online entry. The competitor only has to upload it to their dog's profile one time. After that it will be submitted to every AKC agility trial they enter online with Fast Agility Entry.

The system is totally flexible and can handle any price structure, class schedule, etc. For example in the demo trial I put up, there is no Starters Snooker on Saturday.

Fast Agility Entry is fully featured online dog agility entry system, with some unique capabilities.

Here is a list of some of the features:

• Convience fee sharing with the club or secretary. If a 10% convenience fee is charged a proposed breakdown is 3% for credit card fees, 4% Fast Agility Entry, 3% for the club or secretary!
• Fast Agility Entry can be setup so the money from online entries go straight to the club or secretary. Then after the trial closes I will invoice the club or secretary for the my share of the convenience fee.
• Fast Agility Entry costs nothing for clubs and trial secretaries to use. Each competitor is charged a convenience fee, usually 10%.
• No waiting for checks in the mail. All transactions will be handled electronically. This is 2008 right?

After a weekend of feverish work (I got 15 inches of snow and couldn't do much else) I'm proud to announce that Fast Agility Entry has gone Beta.

Everything is functional and working. I'm very happy with the result, I think you will agree that it lives up to it's name Fast Agility Entry.
